Proctor Liability & Indemnification Agreement. By applying for KP Metrix Labs access, I acknowledge that I am an independent proctor of athletic performance data. I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless KP Metrix Labs and its affiliates from any and all claims, damages, or legal fees arising from my use of the platform. This includes, but is not limited to: the unauthorized upload of minor data, disputes over data accuracy, or breaches of athlete privacy. I certify that I maintain my own professional standards for data collection and have the legal right to the information I provide.
